From the REBT we help patients to know what are the irrational beliefs that lead them to suffering so that they learn to discuss them and have tools to perform good emotional management.

We are a multidisciplinary health team among which professionals in psychology, child and youth psychology, psychiatry and sexology stand out.
Our job is to ensure maximum care for our patients, apply effective therapeutic methods to solve their emotional and relationship problems in a short period of time and improve their lives significantly from a comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach.

We are a private center of Psychology, accredited asHealth Centre by the Department of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
We are a team of clinical and health professionals who work with both adults and young children.
